How to connect Review Desk
For shops Prairie Digital sells Review Desk to — including stand-alone. We create the login. You connect the Google Business Profile you already manage. The demo works without Google; live replies need a connected listing.
Link your Google Business Profile
Same desk as the live demo. Approve-first stays the default. Google review replies, drafted in your brand voice.

Get access
Prairie Digital creates your Review Desk login, or you open the Review Desk link they send. That is the same path for a stand-alone desk or one bundled with Care, Growth, or Call Desk.

Sign in
Open Review Desk and sign in with the account Prairie Digital set up. Bookmark the desk so Saturday reviews are one tap away.

Connect Google
Use Connect Google Business Profile and approve access for the Google account that manages the listing. Use the account you already use to reply on Google — not a personal Gmail that only watches the page.

Confirm Manager or Owner
That Google user must be Owner or Manager on each verified Google Business Profile location you want in the desk. If listings do not show, fix access in Google Business Profile, then come back.

Load listings
Click Load listings or Refresh listings so locations appear. Give Google a moment if you just changed Manager access.

Pick the location
Choose the listing you want Review Desk to watch. Multi-location shops add each location you want in the desk.

Set your voice
In Settings: business name, tone, do-say / don’t-say, and email alerts. Keep approve-first on. Five-star auto-post stays off unless you turn it on.

Work the inbox
New reviews land in Inbox or Pending. Approve drafts before they post. One- to three-star reviews and complaints always wait for a human.
