Set up the desk after checkout.

Log in, add locations, and lock the voice. Google connect is a studio step — you do not have to wait on it to learn the inbox.

  1. Step 01

    Log in to the desk

    Open the Review Desk app with the email on your receipt. If the seats are not waiting yet, write the studio — the purchase email already landed.

  2. Step 02

    Add each paid location

    One seat is one Google Business Profile. Use the same names customers see on Google so drafts stay in the right inbox.

  3. Step 03

    Set brand voice

    Write how the shop talks: warmth, words to use, and words to skip. Drafts follow this before anyone hits post.

  4. Step 04

    Keep approve-first on

    Five-star thanks can later post in one click or auto-post. That switch stays off until you turn it on. One- to three-star reviews and complaints always wait for a person.

  5. Step 05

    Connect Google when the studio is ready

    Live Google Business Profile connect needs Prairie Digital’s Google Cloud OAuth and GBP Basic API Access. Until then, use the desk and the demo path.
